Unilever Future Leaders' League (FLL) is a unique Case Competition hosted by Unilever globally in more than 90 countries, offering students a great chance to solve real business challenges, while leading sustainable business growth and enhancing their capacity for the future leaders.

ELIGIBILITY
Registration

Active Vietnamese undergraduates (Bachelor or Master) studying in Vietnam and oversea with graduation year from 2022 onwards.

Participants can register as Individual or as a team of 3 members.

A participant can not join multiple teams, except when previous teams are dismissed.

Participating Team's members can come from different universities and at different academic years. Team composition shall remain the same as those registered at the time of Submission throughout the competition.

Unilever Vietnam reserves the right to reject any Participating Teams/Individuals who fail to comply with the above-listed requirements or any arise cases that violate or intend to violate the fairness of the competition.

Upon registration, you will be requested to provide your contact information and your latest Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English.

Confirmation mail will be sent immediately after registration to your Participating Team’s Leader Email or your own email if you registered individually.

U-CAMP is an online training series about business and leadership skills with content such as Overview of the FMCG market and industry, how to build and develop 100-year-old brands, develop necessary skills & thinking in the digital age (creation, data analysis, presentations, debate...) with sharing from Senior Managers at Unilever and other brands strategic partnership.

At UCAMP, the Top 30 teams will also experience The Hidden Challenge under a 48-HOUR-HACKATHON format. The knowledge and skills cultivated throughout UFLL will have the opportunity to be promoted then. The Hidden Challenge Rules will be announced exclusively for TOP 30 at UCAMP.

In 2022, the Unilever Future Leaders' League contest will be held under a hybrid structure including online and in-person to meet all the actual conditions of the participants and enhance their experience. The Organizing Team will announce the presentation method for the Top 30 during UCAMP.

Participating Teams/Individuals will need to:

Submit your proposed idea under Digital Portfolio format such as web page (HTML), website, flash (SWF), ... by 23:59, 03/04/2022.

Submission is only valid when the Domain Name (or Name) of your Digital Portfolio is set under the following format: UFLL2022–[Personal Name]/[Competition Name].
Ex: UFLL2022–TeamU; UFLL2022–NguyenQThang.

Participating Teams/Individuals wishing to use supporting tools: Videos, Songs... can attach them in the Digital Portfolio when it comes to submission.

Top 30 best portfolios from Participating Teams/ Individuals will be announced at 8:00 PM, 09/04/2022 on Facebook Unilever Careers and will have 24 hours to confirm attendance to join UCAMP & Round 2: 48-Hackathon.

Selected Individuals will be randomly grouped into a team of 3 to participate in Round 2. Unilever Vietnam reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the number of Participating Teams/Individuals entering the 2nd round based on the actual quality of the proposals.
